GENERAL PROCESSES

Process Adherence. Ensuring Quality. More Confidence.

At Tesarrow, we are of the strong view that process adherence results in higher reliability of our products and solutions, and it ultimately gives greater customer satisfaction. This helps us in our purpose of providing even better services to our customers and users.

Another big advantage of Quality processes is that the overall life cycle cost of software gets reduced. Software quality is performed to ensure that software is in conformance to certain requirements and standards. The maintenance cost of the software is gradually reduced as the software requires less modification after good quality assurance. Maintenance refers to the correction and modification of errors that may be discovered only after implementation of the program.
Hence, proper quality procedures would identify more errors before the software gets released, therefore resulting in the overall reduction of the life cycle cost.

Considering the overall benefits, we have created a standard quality processes framework that works across departments, and is adhered without deviation. The minor deviations that are required within the process framework, are recorded properly and published for reference.

ISO 9001: 2008 STANDARDS

Commitment to Processes. Commitment to Improvement. Customer Focus!

ISO 9001:2008 is the international quality standard accepted worldwide and ensures all quality-related activities in an organization are adhered to ensure customers' expectations are met. CAPABILITY MATURITY MODEL (CMM) PROCESSES

Structured Project Assignments. Higher Quality Standards. Continual Improvement.

The CMM is a process capability model developed by the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI). It provides an approach for defining, documenting, and measuring the maturity of processes used in software organizations, and for identifying the key practices required to increase the maturity of these processes to improve long-term business performance.

Tesarrow as an organization has a well defined and managed process for software development and for achieving ongoing quality improvements. As a part of our commitment to improve our quality processes and bring them to a level of highest standards, we are working consistently to achieve our targets to be assessed for CMM, within shortest possible time. All our project assignments are structured to follow international quality standards.
