It takes a certain level of commitment to finish your tasks every day. An employee with good discipline stays focused on his/her goals and is determined to complete assignments within time. These employees show a high level of dedication to their work, always ensuring they do their part well.

In order to facilitate a good work-life balance, we have made certain changes in the way we generally work in our offices. Looking at today's busy lifestyle, we wanted to give ourselves enough time for morning exercise routine. And that's whey we do not rush to office early in the morning. We have chosen to start our work at 10:30am in the morning and five working days a week. We know that every person has his/her peak hours when s/he feels more productive during the day, and as such work type gets adjusted accordingly.
In between, we encourage recreational breaks from work, to facilitate focus on our tasks at hand.
